  CEO BRIEF

  In 2015, with the rise in discourses arising from unemployment from both university and middle level college graduates, statistics showed that the main reason was lack of induction to being self employed and lacking the right stimulus while undertaking their skills training.

  VIVIFY will comb for youth who show the spark of initiative; who see what can be and strive to make it so. We create an enabling environment, where youth and middle level college students with scalable and ambitious ventures  can develop competence, access relevant network and capital in order to reach their full potential through business acceleration, strategic advice and role modelling.

  At VIVIFY we invest in social entrepreneurs and provide the training and tools to help them build enterprises that change their communities from within. By investing in the right people, we help break the cycle of poverty and help bring long-term stability to urban slum area.

  Address the Underlying Causes of Problems:-

  To create lasting change, it is necessary to make investments that treat the causes, and not just the symptoms, of unemployment in Africa.  We need to inspire, promote, and create positive change and generate growth and prosperity.

  There are countless examples of the power of individual leaders to catalyze the actions of large groups of people and unleash massive positive change in society. Examples include Mohahed Yumus of Grameen Bank, and Steve jobs with innovations, Nelson Mandela and Wangari Mathaai in peaceful transition and environment care

  2. The Power of Youth

  We need to invest in the youth when they are young and dreaming and give them the confidence they need to bring their ideas to the world. This is the time they believe the whole world is open to them and they are free to chase their big dreams

  To break the cycle of poverty and generate significant growth, we need to entrepreneurs with a lager than life vision to change the paradigm and create value in their communities and the country and throw off the constrains of existing institutions
